Researcher Nardine Osman from the IIIA‑CSIC will take part in the virtual IPPA 2026 — AI and the Future of Wellbeing conference, organized by the International Positive Psychology Association, which runs from March 23 to 27, 2026.
Her workshop, “Value Aware AI”, will be held on March 26, from 09:35 to 10:40. Osman will explore how AI systems can understand and take human values into account, and explain their decisions in clear, value-based terms.
The session will also showcase practical examples of how value-aware AI can operate in real-world contexts, contributing to more responsible, trustworthy, and socially aligned technologies. Attendees will gain insights into how AI research can combine innovation and ethics to positively impact society.
